👉 About the job:

As part of the product team, You will work closely with the CPO to design new features in our product. You will work across the entire design process, including: 

• Iterating on prototypes with the CPO to create multiple visuals and UX concepts. Then narrow them to the right solution
• Designing workflows and detailed interactions, with high-fidelity visuals
• Prepare handoff tickets to developers
• Ensuring quality implementation

• You will be joining our product team and directly report to the CPO (co-founder).
• WeWeb is a fully distributed company with people on the East Coast, in France and in Belgium. We meet everyday online and do team off-sites very frequently. 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 👩‍💻 👨‍💻Profile:

We're looking for a person who loves being at the intersection of product design and product management. Someone with a passion for creating valuable products with a slick UX and a beautiful UI.

• Above all you must be incredibly proactive and helpful.
• You have 4+ years of experience working as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer
• You have very strong Figma skills
• You can show a solid portfolio with examples of elegant design
• You have a strong personal design aesthetic and love to dig into design best practices
• You feel comfortable anticipating and designing for edge cases
• You have excellent communication skills and experience working in interdisciplinary teams
• You speak French and English.
• You are keen to join a fast growing startup environment - A previous experience in a startup / scaleup would be a +
• The idea of reinventing your own profession motivates you a lot!

HIRING PROCESS

• If your application is selected, our CPO will contact you for a first chat (30mn).
• We’ll give you a short use case to prepare so that we can assess your skills over a second interview. Our head of growth will participate in the interview.
• If you did a great job - which we bet you will! - you will have a final interview with the three co-founders, Marc (CTO), Florian (CPO) & Raphaël (CEO).
